Diane P Kelly

Diane P Kelly DNP, MBA, RN


Diane P. Kelly, President of Greenwich Hospital, and Executive Vice President, Yale New Haven Health System took on the role in 2020, after serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Greenwich Hospital.  Prior to joining Greenwich Hospital, Ms. Kelly served as Chief Operating Officer of Berkshire Medical Center from 2008 – 2018 and vice president of Quality and Safety for Berkshire Medical Center from 2002 to 2008.

She holds a Doctorate in Nurse Practice from the University of San Francisco, with an emphasis on executive leadership and population health. This work enabled her to open a medical neighborhood in a rural, underserved area with the goal of improving access to care to for all.  A graduate of Western New England College with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Kelly also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
